 What is the cost of stamping and how many letters fit?

All stamping is included and maximum characters will be listed in item description.  

How do I let you know what to stamp?

Please specify any stamping instructions in the paypal checkout section

Is the shopping online secure?

Yes we use paypal which is very secure!!

How long does it take for jewellery to be shipped?

Jewellery is shipped within 1-2 weeks (sometimes quicker!)
Special orders add 2 weeks

Can we purchase gift certificates

To purchase gift certificates email info@weeannounce.com we will bill you for the gift certificate.  Upon receipt of payment we will email you a gift certificate you can print and wrap!!!

How do I redeem my gift certificate?

Email your order to info@weeannounce.com 
We will bill you for the item minus the gift certificate amount.

Can I pick up my item?

Yes there is pick up in central Toronto
 Once item is ready Wee Announce will email pickup location.

Is there free gift wrapping?

YES!! (ribbon may not be exactly as shown)

How do I use a discount on my order?

ALL discounted orders must be emailed directly to Wee Announce.  Once order placed you will be billed WITH discount applied and the items will be created upon receipt of payment.

Can you mail gifts directly to the receipent with a personalized note?

Yes!
Send your text for the personalized note in "comments/ more information" in the checkout.

What is the return policy?
Due to personalization of products we are not able to exchange or return stamped products.
